Adjustable Candle Warmer Lamp

A lamp that melts a candle from above instead of burning it. Two GU10 bulbs in the shade throw gentle heat down onto the wax surface, releasing the fragrance without a flame, without soot marks on the ceiling and without the tunnelling that wastes half a jar candle. It also means the candle keeps its wick and its looks.

The head height adjusts, which matters more than it sounds: a tall jar needs the shade lifted, a shallow tin needs it lowered, and getting that clearance right is the difference between a slow even melt and a scorched pool. A knob dimmer controls intensity, so you can set how fast the wax releases, and a timer means it will shut itself off if you forget.

It stands 31 cm tall on a 16 cm base with 15 cm of shade clearance, and runs on 110 to 240 V, so it works on UK mains. Two GU10 bulbs are included. The bulbs and the wax get hot in use, so stand it on a heat-tolerant surface, keep it away from curtains, soft furnishings, children and pets, and let it cool fully before moving it or handling the jar.
