Nordic Pumpkin Glass Pendant Light

A ribbed glass shade with the gentle swell and vertical flutes of a pumpkin, topped with a smooth spherical fitting. The ribbing is what makes it: it catches light along each flute, so the shade reads as textured and warm rather than a plain blown-glass dome.

Two configurations are offered. The single head, 16 by 22 cm, suits a bedside, a corner, or a pair either side of a kitchen island. The three-head version spans 65 cm on a bar, which is the right shape for a dining table or a run of worktop, giving even light along its length rather than one central pool.

The cord adjusts up to 1.5 m, so the drop can be set for a low dining table or a higher ceiling; around 75 to 85 cm above a table is the usual guide. It takes G9 LED bulbs and runs at 110 to 240 V. Glass and metal throughout, with sturdy hardware. It is a ceiling-mounted mains fitting, so have a qualified electrician install it. Four finishes: beige, green, red and chrome.
