Cartoon Bear Storage Side Table

A side table moulded into the shape of a seated bear, with the top lifting off to reveal a hollow body underneath. It is a piece of furniture and a storage box at once, which is a genuinely useful combination in a living room where the coffee table usually ends up covered in remotes, cables and magazines.

At 38 cm tall it sits at the right height beside a sofa, close enough to reach a mug or a book without leaning. The 28 cm footprint keeps it out of the way in a small room, and it takes up to 20 kg, so it will hold a stack of books, a tray, or someone perching on it briefly.

It is moulded from PE plastic, which is waterproof and UV-stable, so it works on a covered patio or a balcony as well as indoors. Five colours are offered: pink, green, coffee, black and white. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. The lid is not a sealed or locking one, so avoid storing anything that should be kept out of reach of small children.
